apple?

i wasn't going to make a post because today and the last few days became quite insignificant since the snow trip, and i had a ball.

but just heard bout a lady that i don't personally know, had a car accident and died instantly. my sisters went to chant for her at the hospital this afternoon and just got back tonight. i felt quite at a loss - i didn't know her. but it's quite a sad occasion.

they're mentioning what they saw and their experiences, just outside my room. and the counsellor told them to expect to understand it was a traumatic death. her cheekbone, for example, is not expected to be in the same place as if she were alive. she was propped up to the side with a blanket over her body and the viewing room hid alot of...details, to make it look more...presentable to those viewing and present to chant

...feel so blank. what a shame. and what a shame i never knew her...

life is fickle.

hadn't posted because...well...as much as lots of things happened over the long weekend, nothing really puzzled me or anything.

been busy as ape at work.

heading down to the s-nooooooooooooo fields this weekend, expecting some good cover...and hopefully a cheap board hire place.

what else? i've been sick.
i also saw cars last night.

my two books have been shipped. can't wait can't wait :D i'll be able to speak american soon~!

on the other hand, my credit card bills are nearly due...NOOOOoooooooooooooooooo...

nop, didn't get the gig. not that one. but i did land a gig :D though i was in mourning most of the day over the other one...

during my mourning, kenny took me to makoto for a vege sushi dinner at 6pm...and we drove off to northmead for pancakes. i sang badly to some sad songs throughout this long long drive. hot n troppo was okay, but the banana was a bit raw and undercooked.

came home, kenny slept in my bed whilst i surfed the net...looked up this song with lyrics "like eagles.........i'll be flying on my own" (trivia, anyone know the song??) and had absolutely NO luck whatsoever finding the thing. how sad!

i was looking into doing a bio site for myself, and shamelessly googled my name...to which, i came across grant's site - a short film, starring a man in a car, and a beautiful vocal performance by, yes, yours truly :D

i love voice work. and i love short films. i don't know why i keep sweating myself silly about getting theatre gigs and often neglecting short films when they can be so fun!

pancakes at northmead has opened. must try the place out! with the cold winter coming, we need to be eating rich and high energy foods *excuse excuse* to keep warm! i suggest the chocolate walnut one..or buttermilk plain with icecream+syrup. mmmmm... crepes have become abit too habitual, i think it's time to convert back again to the good ol' pancake. what say you? :)

i dreamt that there was a polaroid camera that when you take a snap, it actually records about 10 minutes of video onto the strip of undeveloped film. this film won't slowly develop like the normal polaroid photo. this then is put into a floppy disk drive of some sort and it will play the 10 minutes of video that you "snapped" a moment out of. doesn't sound spectacular but unless u were in da dream it's hard to explain....

strange dreams, but this time it's quite inconsequential and random.

dreamt about alot of yellow and grey images but couldn't remember enough to make sense of it.

by the way, the title has nothing to do with my post. it was inconsequential and random, like my mind at the moment~~
